The most important thing is to remember that for correct operation electronic signature you need to use a browser Internet Explorer not lower than version 8 and, preferably, not higher than 11 (with version 11 there are no guarantees of stable operation of the signature).

The signing key certificate is not visible on the site when trying to log in

In this case, the error is caused by several reasons at once, namely:

  • Incorrect configuration of the signing key certificate
  • Internet browser configured incorrectly
  • Certification Authority Root Certificate Missing

How to solve a problem?

First of all, you need to make sure that you have correctly installed the public part of the certificate into the personal part through the CIPF (Crypto Pro). At the same time, the version installed program suitable for your operating system type.

Then, in the settings of the Internet Explorer browser, you need to add site addresses to trusted sites and enable all ActiveX controls.

Electronic signature gives an error when signing documents

Typically, this error occurs in a number of cases:

  • CryptoPro license expired
  • Inserted media with a different certificate

How to fix it?

To do this, you need to obtain a new license by contacting the Certification Authority. After the license has been successfully obtained, you need to launch CryptoPro and enter serial number licenses.

In the second case, you need to check all closed containers (carriers) inserted into the computer's USB port and check that the correct certificate has been selected.

The system gives an error when entering the electronic platform

This error may be due to a combination of the reasons listed above. As practice shows, such an error primarily appears due to an incorrectly installed Capicom library. We recommend that you check the presence of the installed library on your computer and pay attention to the need to copy 2 system files with .dll extension into one of Windows folders, when using a 64-bit system.

Technical features when working on the ETP

    1. Make sure you are using the client application (browser) Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher. In other browsers, it is not possible to use ES.
    2. Open Tools - Internet Options, tab Security - trusted sites - sites - should be added nodes "", the check mark of the nodes of this zone is unchecked. Close the "Trusted sites" window, set the security level for this zone to "low".
    3. Go to the "general" - "delete" tab: delete temporary internet files and cookies. Close Internet Options and Internet Explorer.

    1. Check the date and time on your computer.

    2. Check through Start - Programs - CryptoPro - CryptoPro PKI - license management, license validity period. If the deadline has passed, then you need to contact the CryptoPro supplier.

    3. Open Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options, go to the Contents - Certificates - Personal tab - your personal certificate should be displayed (check the validity period of the certificate). If the certificate has expired, you need to renew (purchase a new) key certificate.

  • CryptoPro does not see Token.

    Check if the ruToken driver is installed. Open the ruToken control panel.

    1. If the reader is not detected, try installing it in a different USB connector. It will not be determined in another - contact the ruToken supplier (the place where ruToken was purchased).

    2. If the reader is identified, click the "Information" button. Pay attention to the size of the media and the amount of free memory: ES takes at least 5000 bytes. By simple subtraction, you can understand whether it is fully or partially removed (For example: There should be no more than 3104 bytes of free memory on a ruToken 8Kb media).

    Check if the Smartcard service is running:

When working with electronic trading platform(ETP) one of the following errors occurs:

  • "On your computer, tools for working with EDS are missing or incorrectly configured. Contact the supplier of your certificate and CIPF."
  • "Error! The CAPICOM library cannot be loaded, possibly due to low permissions on this local machine"
  • "CAPICOM object not installed"
  • "Unable to create object by Object Programming Server"
  • "Your browser does not have permissions to use ActiveX objects"

Solution

If the error appears on EETP roseltorg.ru and you are not using Internet Explorer (IE), make sure that "CryptoPro Browser Plug-In" is indicated in the plugin selection.

If you are using Internet Explorer below version 9, make sure 32-bit IE is running. Capicom does not work on 64-bit IE.

Need to produce following settings Internet Explorer:

1. Add ETP addresses to Trusted Sites.

In Internet Explorer, "Tools" - "Internet Options" - tab "Security";

Select "Trusted Sites" ("Trusted Sites"); - button "Nodes" ("Sites");

How to set up Internet Explorer

5. In IE 9 and above, errors may occur that can be resolved using the compatibility mode (Go to Internet Options - Tools / Compatibility View Options / add site address).

Note: these are general settings for all ETPs. On some sites, it is necessary to install additional components (for example, the CryptoPro ES browser Plug-in) necessary for the correct operation of the site.
