2. There are no established rules of etiquette that prescribe when, how and in what manner communication should be carried out using this type of communication. We are forced to "invent" and develop these rules along the way.

Most citizens, if asked, will unequivocally answer that being in the premises of such enterprises or public transport, it is impossible to discuss at the top of one's voice mobile phone household chores or any other banal problems. This is a manifestation of bad manners and disrespect for others. However, a significant minority safely ignores this rule. Fans of talking loudly on a mobile phone seem to be completely unaware that their behavior is causing inconvenience to others.

What is the possible way out of this apparently impasse?
