Have been unable to use the program safely!

AVG 2013.0.2904 trapped Win32/Heur (the software appears to do "funny" things on the computer, it is not recognised as a specific virus)

Immediately moved to vault, I don't know about the software itself

It had good effects, easy to use, not long wait to download.

it has a HUGE watermark logo in the middle of the picture if you export it to be a GIF.

I personally wouldn't spend my money on this program.

Within the minute of getting the program, I already knew so much about it and could make flawless animated banners within five minutes. It was so easy and quick to use. There was nothing confusing about it at all.

Some animations didn't work.
- Required registration
- Got bored easily.

It "s a simply WONDERFUL program, but there are a few flaws that make it a little worse.

Nothing so far. It installed, but won't run.

I can't get it to run at all in Vista Home. I even tried shutting down everything else and it still would not run. Despite what the developer says, I don't think it's actually Vista compatible.

T-FLEX CAD has always been famous for its parametric capabilities, which actually provide great design benefits. On the basis of parameterization, the animation module has always worked, requiring the creation of a control variable and the connection of the rest of the model variables with it. While having the ability to create the most complex animations, including deforming bodies in the scene, users, however, faced a number of difficulties and a decent amount of time when writing dependencies in the variable editor. The result, of course, always justified the time spent, but, one way or another, the idea arose to create an additional mechanism for solving the tasks of visualizing assembly / disassembly in a 3D scene.

As a result, an additional tool appeared - the Disassembly Control command, which works only with 3D objects and is designed to create animations based on the 3D transformation mechanism.

Any object in a 3D scene has six degrees of freedom: three translational and three rotational. Transforming a 3D object allows you to use one of these options or a group of them. By performing the selected transformations, the user moves or rotates the object about the selected axis.

In the Disassembly Script command, an interface was created that allowed you to explicitly set the dependence of these transformations on time.

Let's take a closer look at the team's work.

When creating a new disassembly animation, the first step is to select the object/objects in
3D scene to perform the transformation. Thus, the 1st stage of disassembly is created - the first period of time of the animation - and the execution time of this stage (the time during which the transformation will be performed) is set.

Running the Dismantling Control command

Transforming a 3D object in a scene

For example, we have chosen a screw that secures the wheel to the frame, and we turn it around its axis by a given angle, simulating the screw being unscrewed from the frame. Set the stage time to 2 s. This means that the screw will unscrew from the frame within 2 seconds.

Command Interface Disassembly Management

Animation of disassembly in the assembly unit

Each stage can consist of a set of actions that are performed in parallel to each other. (An action is understood as performing a transformation of an object (moving or rotating) or a set of them). That is, within the given 2 s. the screw must not only rotate, but also move. Thus, another action enters the stage.

There can be any number of stages when creating a disassembly animation script, as well as actions within one stage.

As a result, a sequence of stages is obtained, the time of which is added up, and a single animation is formed.

Stages and actions can be named. Stages can be copied, moved up or down the script - thus, the user gets the opportunity to flexibly control the animation creation process.

The disassembly animation scripts themselves in the model can also be as many as you like. In addition, any script can be "raised" from the file by a lower level - that is, if an animation script is written in the assembly fragment, then it can also be played in the assembly model.

The animation is played using a convenient player. It is possible to scroll animation in manual mode for a closer look or fast transition to the desired time period.

An animation script can be written to an AVI or WMV file for playback using standard Windows players.

Concerning additional features, then the first thing to consider is exporting the animation script to PDF format. Yes, it didn't seem to you - it's in PDF format: T-FLEX CAD can convert the created scenario into 3D PDF with the ability to play. Files can be read with the program Adobe Reader, which is installed on almost every
home computer - no more need to install special players and video codecs!

In addition, it is possible to export the animation script to one of the following formats (PDF, VRL, X3D, POV, U3D).

Disassembly Animation Example

And, of course, no one canceled the possibility of recording photorealistic video!

For this, two mechanisms are available to the user: based on NvidiaOptix and using additional program POV RAY.

The animation script can also be used when
building 2D projections - a special setting allows you to show the exploded assembly on the product drawing.

Summing up, I would like to emphasize once again that the new Disassembly Management tool was created not to replace existing animation mechanisms, but as an additional functionality that allows you to spend a minimum of time on certain tasks.
