On this screen, put two fingers and hold them for about five seconds until TalkBack starts and notifies you of this action. This setting has appeared since Android 4.2 or 4.3, I don’t remember exactly here.

4. "Speak when screen is off" flag - This setting allows TalkBack to speak certain notifications when the screen is locked. Sometimes it can be useful, so I have the flag checked.
5. Flag "Distance Sensor" - You need to check it. This flag allows you to interrupt a spoken TalkBack speech. On my Galaxy S3, this sensor is located at the top of the display. And if I need to interrupt the TalkBack speech, then I simply run my hand over the top of the screen, a distance of about five to ten centimeters. It will also be useful when talking with an interlocutor, the screen is blocked, and TalkBack is silent like a partisan, while nothing is bubbling in your ear.
